Installation of the tank monitor also requires the presence of a compatible R3D gauge. Tank gauges that are not R3D can be upgraded with a compatible R3D gauge (see supplier).

Warning: The batteries must be installed at a minimum distance of 3 meters (10 feet) from the propane tank.
