Neviweb® cannot be used excessively and inappropriately. Misuse of the application could terminate, without notice, temporarily or permanently, your permission to access and use the application.
Limits on your use of the Services
Sinopé provides a collection of application programming interfaces (APIs) referred to collectively as "Services" that provide communication and/or interoperability with Sinopé devices, systems, and user accounts, as well as third-party devices.
You acknowledge and agree that Sinopé may limit your usage of the Services. Such limits may be set by Sinopé at any time, at Sinopé's discretion. You further acknowledge and agree that Sinopé may adjust the rate at which such queries are received and processed by the Service in order to maintain the integrity of the Service. Such adjustments may be set by Sinopé at any time, at Sinopé's discretion. If you want your Implementation to use the Services outside these usage limits or usage policies, please contact Sinopé for information on additional licensing options.
Restrictions on your use of the Services
- You shall not copy or use the Services, or any related documentation
- You will not, and will not permit any third party to, retain, sublicense, rent, copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce to human perceivable form any portion of the Services.
- You and your Implementation will not use the Services to harm Sinopé, such harm including, but not being limited to, disrupting Sinopé business and customers, overloading Sinopé's network or conducting Denial of Services attacks, finding or exploiting vulnerabilities in Sinopé's security, contacting Sinopé customers who do not have an explicit and pre-existing relationship with you.
Intellectual property and permitted use of the Website and Neviweb®
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights are the property of Sinopé. The Website and Neviweb® (including all content: logos, pictures, images, texts, icons, graphics, videos, digital downloads, data compilation, and software) are the property of Sinopé and is protected by Canadian and American copyright and trademark and other laws. Your use of the Website and Neviweb® does not transfer to you any ownership or other rights in the Website or on Neviweb® or their content.
You are authorized to use the Website and Neviweb® only in the manner described expressly in these terms and conditions of use and subject to any applicable law. The use of this Website and Neviweb® for any other purpose or manner is strictly prohibited.
Limited copyright and trade-mark license

Sinopé hereby grants authorized Sellers, Distributors, Energy Consultants or Contractors, a royalty-free, non-exclusive and revocable license to distribute, display and promote the Information solely for the purpose of advertising, promoting and selling the Sinopé products on the terms hereof, provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials, or modify any registered mark. Sinopé may revoke such license at any time if, in the determination of Sinopé, Dealer’s use, marketing, distribution, display or promotion is detrimental to the Product and/ or the business and affairs of Sinopé. Sinopé does not warrant that Information will be current or error-free. Dealer may not adapt or change any Information without written permission of Sinopé.
Neviweb®, the Website, and its content may not be copied, imitated, reproduced in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of Sinopé.
License and Website access
Sinopé grants you limited license to access and make personal use of the Sinopé Website and Neviweb® App, and you agree not to download (other than for page caching purposes) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of Sinopé technologies Inc. The Website and Neviweb® or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, adapted, copied, sold, resold, transmitted or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Sinopé. You may not frame, or use any framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, flash movie, page layout, or form) of the Website and Neviweb® without the express written consent of Sinopé. You may not use META tags or any other “hidden text” which utilize Sinopé, sinopetech.com, neviweb.com, Neviweb® or any other derivative of our domain, company name or registered trademarks without the express written consent of Sinopé Technologies Inc. You are hereby granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Home Page or any Dynamic Deep Link (DDL) of www.sinopetech.com and www.neviweb.com so long as the link does not portray any false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. It is further understood and agreed that Sinopé cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files made available for downloading through the Website will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties. Your submissions of files including, but not limited to: Resumes, e-mail, flash movies, images, logos, audio loops, and other software hereby constitutes your agreement to grant Sinopé a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable, perpetual license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, sub-license, and publicly display any such submissions, unless otherwise specified by an agreement made in writing by you and Sinopé. You also grant Sinopé the right to utilize your name in connection with all advertising, marketing, and promotional materials related thereto.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sinopé, its officers, directors, owners, partners, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information provider to the website from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal fees, resulting from any violation of these Conditions of Use (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or your use and access of the Website and Neviweb®.

Termination
