The Sinopé Local Interlock Kit is a turnkey solution that prevents heating and air conditioning from operating simultaneously, reducing energy consumption and costs without compromising comfort. Designed for multi-residential buildings, this system operates without an Internet connection and complies with the National Energy Code for Buildings. Preprogrammed at the factory, the devices communicate with each other, ensuring quick installation and reliable operation.

A solution with no Internet connection required
This kit provides a turnkey cooling and electric heating interlocking solution that works without an Internet connection. All devices are pre-paired and pre-programmed by Sinopé Technologies to ensure a quick and easy installation. The devices in the set are indissociable, and each has the same reference number.

1 gateway (GT130) with power supply to be permanently plugged into a 110 V electrical outlet.
Wall Mount
1 Wall Mount for Gateway (AC125-01)
Ductless Heat Pump Interface
1 ductless heat pump interface (HP6000ZB-GE, HP6000ZB-MA or HP6000ZB-HS) - to be installed on a compatible heat pump
Smart thermostat
1 Smart Zigbee Thermostat for Electric Heating (TH1124ZB) – to be installed by a certified electrician
Heat pump control
With this solution, customers must use their heat pump's remote control to modify its settings.
Zigbee Communication Between Devices
- The HP6000ZB interface, connected to the heat pump, transmits its
status to the GT130 Gateway. - The Gateway then communicates this information to the TH1124ZB
thermostat.
Devices Coordination
- When the heat pump is in cooling mode, the thermostat automatically
switches to off mode. - In heating, fan, or off modes, the thermostat can activate the heating
system without interfering with the heat pump.
Optional Internet Connection
If the GT130 gateway is connected to the Internet and an account is created in Sinopé's Neviweb app:
- The interlocking settings are preserved.
- Additional thermostats in the home can be integrated into the system.
